Gaining Attention


Definition    :
Gaining attention is a way or expression that isspoken so that other people will pay their attention to what we want to. Gaining attention,use simple present tense and we give attention or affection to people.

The example expression of gaining attention:
1.     Attention please
2.     May,I have your attention,please?
3.     Excuse me look here!
4.     Listening to me,please!
5.     Waiter?
6.     I’ sorry but I will go
7.     Wow really?
Here are some expressions to show our attention to other people.
Showing / giving attention :
1.     What should I do to cheer you up?
2.     I really care about you
3.     Don’t worry. I’m with you
4.     Whats wrong with you?
5.     Hope you will be fine
6.     Are you o.k /fine?
7.     Wow! That’s great!
8.     Nice hair styles!
9.     Do you? /Are you?/did you?
Responding :
1.     Well, you can tell me an amusing story.
2.     Yes,you do. And I’m very grateful for that.
3.     Thank you very much.
4.     Nothing,I’m fine.
5.     Thank you.
6.     Yes, I’m o.k/No, I’m not feeling well.
7.     It is.
8.     Thanks.
